On February 11, at 7:01 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East 13th Street for a report of an active domestic disturbance in progress. Upon investigation, Dalton Comstock, Concordia, was arrested for domestic battery and aggravated battery. Comstock was transported and booked into Cloud County Corrections.
Assault
On February 10, at 8:25 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of 11th Street for a report of an assault. This incident is still under investigation.
Stolen/Lost
On February 10, at 11:41 a.m., officers responded to the police department for a report of a stolen/lost license plate.
On February 12, at 4:17 p.m., officers responded to the police depart for a report of a stolen/lost license plate.
Altercation
On February 13, at 5:06 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Washington Street for a report of an ongoing altercation. Upon investigation, both parties wanted to press charges on each other. Charges for battery have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.
Scam
On February 10, at 6:18 a.m., officers responded to the police department for a report of an online scam.
Criminal damage
On February 10, at 9:33 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of East Eighth Street for a report of criminal damage to property. Charges for criminal damage to property have been forwarded to the city attorney.
On February 14, at 9:22 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of West 12th Street for a report of criminal damage to property.
On February 15, at 4:25 p.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Lincoln Street for a report of criminal damage to property.
