Concordia Police Report

Stolen/loss

  • On February 17, at 5:32 p.m., officers took a report at the police department of a stolen/lost license place.

Scam

  • On February 17, at 2:06 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of East Sixth Street for a report of a scam.
  • On February 17, at 2:20 p.m., officers responded to the 900 block of Washington Street for a report of an internet scam.

Fire

  • On February 19, at 3:40 p.m., officers and Concordia Fire Department responded to the 200 block of West Second Street for a report of a fire.
  • On February 20, at 11:06 a.m., officers and Concordia Fire Department responded to the 200 block of East Fifth Street for a report of a residence on fire. This fire is still under investigation by the Kansas Fire Marshal, Concordia Police Department and Concordia Fire Department.

Smoke alarm

  • On February 23, at 11:17 p.m., officers and Concordia Fire Department responded to the 2200 block of Campus Drive for a report of a smoke alarm.

Dispute

  • On February 20, at 11:02 a.m., officers responded to the 500 block of West Fifth Street for a report of a civil dispute. No case was needed.

Welfare check

  • On February 14, at 7:19 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Matthew Street for a welfare check.
  • On February 20, at 12:48 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Lincoln Street for a welfare check.
  • On February 20, at 11:25 p.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Lincoln Street for a welfare check.

Property damage

  • On February 23, at 8:50 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Fifth Street for a report of criminal damage to property.

Argument

  • On February 20, at 5:14 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East 10th Street for a report of a verbal argument. Upon investigation, both parties were separated. No charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Trespass

  • On February 19, at 2:02 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Sixth Street for a report of criminal trespass.

Non-injury accidents

  • On February 18, at 2:49 p.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Sixth Street for a report of a non-injury accident.
  • On February 19, at 4:51 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of 18th and Republican streets for a report of a non-injury accident.
  • On February 20, at 1:51 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of West Third Street for a report of a hit-and-run, non-injury accident.
