Concordia Police Report

Arrest

  • On February 28, at 3:51 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Sixth and Broadway streets for a report of a non-injury accident. Upon investigation, Eric Stedman, Concordia, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. Stedman was transported and booked into Cloud County Corrections.

Battery

  • On February 26, at 1:37 p.m., officers responded to the police department for a report of a battery. Charges have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney.

Welfare check

  • On February 24, at 7:19 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Matthew Street for a welfare check.
  • On February 26, at 5:40 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of West 10th Street for a welfare check.

Non-injury accidents

  • On February 25, at 10:06 a.m., officers responded to the 900 block of West 11th Street for a report of a non-injury accident.
  • On February 26, at 5:57, officers responded to the intersection of Broadway and First streets for a report of a non-injury accident.
  • On February 27, at 3:03 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Lincoln Street for a non-injury accident.
  • On March 1, at 11:10 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of East First Street for a report of a non-injury accident.

Criminal threat

  • On February 24, at 4:24 p.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of East 11th Street for a report of criminal threat. This incident is still under investigation.

Criminal trespass

  • On February 24, at 9:56 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Fifth Street for a report of criminal trespass. When officers arrived, they advised the individuals not to pass the police tape.

Civil standby

  • On February 26, at 12:08 p.m., officers responded to the 900 block of East Seventh Street for a civil standby.
  • On February 26, at 3:06 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East Eighth Street for a civil standby.

Theft

  • On February 28, at 1:14 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of East Fifth Street for a report of a theft. No investigation is needed.

Property damage

  • On March 1, at 10:55 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Seventh Street for a report of criminal damage to property. No charges will be forwarded.
  • On March 1, at 4:28 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East 14th Street for a report of criminal damage to property. No charges will be filed at this time.
