On March 26, at 3:32 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the 2500 block of Lincoln Street. The driver, Paul Cherney, Concordia, was noted to have a Cloud County warrant for failure to comply. Cherney was arrested and booked into Cloud County Corrections.
Scam
On March 24, at 4:31 p.m., officers spoke with an individual in regard to an internet scam.
Charges
On March 24, at 4:39 p.m., officers investigated dogs that were dumped on March 22. It was discovered that the reporting party wanted to surrender the dogs. Charges for interfering with law enforcement will be forwarded to the city attorney.
Verbal argument
On March 24, at 8:38 p.m., officers responded to the 1400 block of Lincoln for a verbal argument. After investigation, there was no physical contact and both parties were separated. No case was needed.
Harassment
On March 26, at 8:30 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of East 11th Street for a report of harassment. Officers have forwarded charges of trespassing to the Cloud County attorney.
Stalking
On March 28, at 10:27 a.m., officers responded to the 2100 block of Lincoln Street for a report of stalking.
Welfare check
On March 25, at 1:59 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of East 15th Street for a report of a welfare check.
On March 28, at 8:46 a.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East Eighth Street for a welfare check.
Civil Standby
On March 26, at 8:46 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of East Sixth Street for a civil standby.
Non-injury accident
On March 25, officers responded to the 600 block of Matthew Street for a non-injury accident.
