On April 3, at 7:28 a.m., officers made contact with Burgundy Hyde, Concordia. Hyde was known to have an active warrant for her arrest. Hyde was arrested for her Cloud County warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance. Hyde was transported and booked into Cloud County Corrections.
On April 6, at 2:15 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at U.S. 81 Highway and Union Road. After investigation, the driver, Edgar Dominguez-Hernandez, Omaha, was driving a stolen vehicle. Dominguez-Hernandez was arrested for possession theft and possession of stolen property and transported to Cloud County Corrections. The vehicle was seized.
On April 6, at 5:11 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Kansas Street for a report of a domestic battery. After investigation, Gavin Rowland, Concordia, was arrested for domestic battery, three counts of criminal damage to property, criminal threat, theft and interference with law enforcement. Rowland was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Animal cruelty
On April 2, at 2:02 p.m., officers received a report of animal cruelty. This incident is still under investigation.
Harassment
On April 1, officers received a report of harassment via telecommunication device. After investigation, three counts of criminal threat and three counts of harassment via telecommunication device has been forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
On April 4, at 7:53 p.m., officers responded to the 2100 block of Lincoln Street for a report of harassment. After investigation, no case was needed.
On April 6, at 7:18 p.m., officers were dispatched to the police department for a report of harassment. After investigation, charges for criminal threat have been forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
Burglary
On April 2, at 6:18 p.m., officers received a report of a burglary that occurred in the 600 block of East Fifth Street. This incident is still under investigation.
On April 6, at 10:05 a.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of Tower Hill Drive for a report of a burglary in progress. This incident is still under investigation.
Verbal altercation/argument
On April 3, at 12:25 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Russ Street for a report of a verbal altercation. After investigation, both parties were separated. No case was needed.
On April 5, at 7:49 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Hill Street for a report of individuals having an argument. After investigation, no case was needed.
Criminal threat
On April 2, at 10:26 p.m., officers received a report of a criminal threat. After investigation, charges for assault has been forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
On April 6, at 7:56 p.m., officers were dispatched to the police department for a report of criminal threat. Charges have been forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
Stalking
On April 2, at 5:21 p.m., officers received a report of a stalking that occurred at the 2100 block of Blosser Circle. After investigation, charges for violation of a protection order against stalking have been forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.
Theft
On April 1, at 10:09 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Washington Street for a report of theft. This investigation is still under investigation.
On April 2, at 5:15 p.m., officers received a report of theft. After investigation, the item was located.
Welfare check
On April 1, at 11:33 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Matthew Street for a welfare check.
On April 4, at 3:23 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of West Seventh Street for a welfare check.
Civil standby
On April 4, at 2:00 p.m., officers responded to the 400 block of East Eighth Street for a civil standby.
Non-injury accident
On April 3, at 12:55 p.m., officers responded to the viaduct for a report of a non-injury accident.
On April 4, at 3:02 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of 20th and Lincoln streets for a report of a non-injury accident.
