Concordia Police Report

Arrest

  • At 8:53 p.m. on April 13, officers responded to the 1000 block of Broadway for a report of stalking. After investigation, Thomas Canizzo lll, Clay Center, was arrested for domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

Cited

  • At 2:51 p.m. on April 10, officers conducted a traffic stop at the 100 block of College Drive. Upon investigation, Megan Worm, Concordia, was cited and released from scene for driving while suspended.
  • At 6:29 p.m. on April 11, officers responded to the 700 block of East Fifth Street for a report of theft. Upon investigation, the stolen property was returned back to the original owner. David Brown, Concordia, was cited for theft of stolen property.
  • At 5:00 p.m. on April 12, officers received information that a female, later identified as Kristine Keyser-Cushing, Concordia, was smoking marijuana in the 200 block of East 14th Street. After investigation, Keyser-Cushing was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Trespass

  • At 2:26 p.m. on April 11, officers responded to the 200 block of West Sixth Street for a report of criminal trespass.
  • At 2:01 p.m. on April 12, officers responded to the 300 block of West 11th Street for a report of criminal trespass.
  • At 11:13 p.m. on April 13, officers responded to the 300 block of West 11th Street to inform an individual that they are trespassed from that location.
  • At 1:09 a.m. on April 14, officers took a report of trespassing and theft, at the police department. Investigation continues.

Complaint

  • At 8:54 p.m. on April 13, officers responded to the 700 block of Cloud Street for a report of a noise complaint.

Battery

  • At 11:36 p.m. on April 13, officers took a report of battery, at the police department. Charges will be forwarded to the Cloud County attorney.

Harassment

  • At 5:14 p.m. on April 8, officers responded to the 600 block of East 14th Street for a report of harassment.

Theft

  • At 3:09 p.m. on April 9, officers responded to the 600 block of Second Avenue for a report of theft. This case is still under investigation. This case has also been forwarded to the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services.

Non-injury accidents

  • At 5:17 p.m. on April 8, officers responded to the 1000 block of East Sixth Street for a report of a non-injury accident.
  • At 11:13 a.m. on April 9, officers responded to the 300 block of East Eighth Street for a report of a non-injury accident.

Welfare check

  • At 5:02 p.m. on April 7, officers responded to the 700 block of East 12th Street for a welfare check.
  • At 7:12 a.m. on April 9, officers responded to the 1000 block of Matthew Street for a welfare check.
  • At 6:43 p.m. on April 9, officers responded to the 300 block of West Ninth Street for a welfare check.
  • At 7:02 a.m. on April 10, officers responded to the 1000 block of Matthew Street for a welfare check.
  • At 7:59 a.m. on April 10, officers responded to the 1000 block of Olive Street for a welfare check.
  • At 8:25 p.m. on April 10, officers responded to the 200 block of West First Street for a welfare check.
  • At 1:19 p.m. on April 12, officers responded to the 80 block of Lincoln Street for a welfare check.

Civil standby

  • At 3:34 p.m. on April 11, officers responded to the 1400 block of LIncoln Street for a civil standby.
