On April 14, at 11:04 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the 2100 block of Lincoln Street. Upon investigation, Chad Hallack, Concordia, was arrested for driving while suspended, improper registration, and no proof of insurance. Hallack was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
On April 18, at 8:51 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West 18th Street for a possible domestic disturbance. Upon investigation, Scott Haase, Concordia, was arrested for aggravated domestic battery, criminal restraint, two (2) counts of criminal threat. Haase was transported and booked into Cloud County Corrections.

On April 15, at 1:41 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Sixth Street. Upon investigation, the driver, Matthew Collard, Concordia, was cited and released from the scene for driving while suspended.
Scam
On April 14, at 2:04 p.m., officers spoke with an individual at the police department regarding an internet scam.
Theft
On April 14, at 2:46 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 900 block of West 11th Street for a report of theft of services.
On April 17, at 7:52 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Drive for a report of a theft. Upon investigation, it was determined that no theft occurred.
Injury accident
On April 15, at 11:11 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Lincoln Street and College Drive for a report of an injury accident.
Animal bite
On April 17, at 4:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of College Drive for a report of an animal bite.
Civil dispute
On April 20, at 6:07 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 500 block of East Ninth Street for a report of a civil dispute.
Trespass
On April 15, at 11:02 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Spruce Street for a report of a criminal trespass. All occupants were instructed to leave the property.
On April 16, at 12:27 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Drive for a report of criminal trespass. The individual was escorted off the property.

On April 15, at 12:46 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East 10th Street for a welfare check.
On April 17, at 5:04 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Church Street for a welfare check.
Non-injury accidents
On April 14, at 8:49 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East College Drive for a report of a non-injury accident.

On April 15, at 7:53 a.m., officers came upon a stalled vehicle at the intersection of 11th and Lincoln streets. Upon investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was involved in a non-injury accident.
On April 16, at 1:41 p.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of College Drive and Lincoln Street for a report of a non-injury accident.
