Concordia Police Report

Child custody—On July 7, at 4:00 a.m., officers spoke with an individual at the police department regarding child custody issues. No report was needed.

Lost/stolen—On July 7 at 10:51 a.m., an individual came into the police department to report his tag was lost or stolen. Report taken.

Injury accident—On July 7, at 4:36 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of Lincoln Street for a report of an injury accident.

Civil standby—On July 8, at 9:55 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Doster Street for a civil standby.

On July 8, at 10:00 a.m., officers responded to the 500 block of West Seventh Street for a civil standby.

On July 13, at 12:17 p.m., officers conducted a civil standby in the 500 block of West Seventh Street.

On July 13, at 9:53 a.m., officers conducted a civil standby in the 300 block of Valley Street.

Civil complaint—On July 8, at 11:19 a.m., officers responded to the 800 block of East Fifth Street for a civil complaint. No report needed.

Removal—On July 9, at 4:23 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of East 11th Street to assist a citizen remove a large snake from her car.

Non-injury accident—On July 8, at 12:03 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of 11th and Broadway for a non-injury accident.

On July 9, at 3:40 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of West Ninth Street for a non-injury accident.

On July 10, at 3:15 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of Mill Street for a non-injury accident.

On July 10, at 7:19 p.m., officers responded to 140 East College Drive for a non-injury accident.

Fire—On July 11, at 4:40 p.m., officers assisted the Concordia Fire Department on a structure fire in the 400 block of East Seventh Street.

Domestic—On July 13, at 1:07 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of East 17th Street for a possible domestic incident. Officers contacted an individual and it was found that the incident happened in a different county. Officers assisted the individual with making a report with the proper agency.

Suspicious person—On July 9, at 11:56 p.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of East 11th Street for a report of a suspicious person. Officers contacted the people in question and found everything to be okay.
