The Advisory Board of the Leva and Frank Duclos Foundation met on May 13, 2025, and approved distributions totaling $48,194. This brings the total amount of distributions from the Leva and Frank Duclos Foundation to $2,860,456 since the trust's inception in 1977.

Committee (Community Assistance) - Crisis/Hardship Funds $10,000; Cloud County Food Bank - Food and Personal Hygiene Funding $10,000; Crisis Fund - Utility and Medical Bill Funding $3,000.00; on behalf of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Concordia, KS - Helping Hands Funding $4,000; Belleville After School Program,Tuition Scholarships $5,000; Glasco City Library - Children's Summer Library Program Funding and Children's/Family Events $1,500; Belleville Public Library - Summer Library Reading Program Funding $1,500; Glasco Community Preschool, Inc., Liability Insurance Funding $ 1,150; on behalf of the Republic County Health Department - Suicide Prevention Funding $1,000; Republic County Hospital - Purchase Suicide Prevention Kits $350; Glasco Community Foundation, Corner Store Maintenance, Operating Expenses and Activities $2,500; Church People Concerned Foundation, Belleville, KS - Dining Room Lighting Funding $ 1,000; 12th Judicial District Supervised Visitation and Exchange Services, Concordia, KS - CPR/FA/AED Recertification Training $ 1,000; and Meadowlark Hospice, General Funding $6,194.
