This week, nurses are being recognized for their hard work across the nation. National Nurses Week is from May 6-12, 2025.
Della Strait, director of nursing at North Central Kansas Medical Center (NCKMC) in Concordia, said, “It’s nice for the hospital to recognize all nurses during Nurses Week, for all they do for our patients and community throughout the year.”
NCKMC is showing its appreciation for its nurses by having a few days of snacks, providing a coffee bar all week and a do-it-yourself succulent bar.
