San LoLeyte VFW 7515 Auxiliary met July 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Clyde Community Hall. All officers present. Secretary's June 2025 Minutes were approved with corrections.
Communications:
1—General Orders #1 (Department School of Instruction will be August 22-24 in Arkansas City).
2—Department President's July Message (His challenge to all members; Information on the Kansas VFW Auxiliary website).
3—Thank you card for a donation.
Treasurer's June 2025 Report filed subject to audit. No bills presented. Membership is 188.
Committee Reports:
1—Chaplain sent two get-well cards and one sympathy card. Members held a Moment of Silence for all POWs, MIAs, and all of military.
Motion approved to accept the April-June 2025 Audit Report.
No Old Business.
New Business:
1—2025-2026 yearly dues will be mailed or delivered soon.
2—District #4 VFW & Auxiliary School of Instruction will be September 6 at the Salina Post.
Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. The next meeting will be August 20, 6:30 p.m., at the Clyde Community Hall.
After the meeting, members celebrated a member's birthday with ice cream.
