Concordia man charged in stabbing

An incident that started inside the Concordia American Legion early Saturday morning resulted in Concordia man being charged with three counts of attempted second degree murder.
Nathan Robinson was booked into the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center on three counts of attempted murder, one count of aggravated battery and one count of battery.
According to a press release from the Concordia Police Department, police officers and emergency personnel from the Concordia Fire Department responded to a disturbance that started inside the American Legion and escalated in the 500 block of Washington Street.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered four individuals who had been stabbed during a confrontation on the sidewalk.
Immediate medical services were provided to the victims by emergency personnel while the police officers secured the crime scene.
Robinson was apprehended on site and was taken into custody.
The police department is in the process of gathering additional information pertaining to the incident.
