Barrett at Marine base

Donna Barrett has told the Blade-Empire that she is "well and safe in a hotel at the Miramar Marine Base in San Diego. Still don’t know what plan is."
Barrett was one of 3,500 passengers and crew on the Grand Princess cruise ship, which aborted its cruise and docked at the Port of Oakland on March 9 after 21 crew members and passengers tested positive for COVID-19, the coronavirus.
The Associated Press reported that all American passengers will be held in quaratine for 14 days.
