Belden files for city commission seat

Ragena Belden became the second person to file for one of the two available positions on the Concordia city commission.
Belden has served on the Concordia Recreation Advisory Board.
The seats currently held by Mayor Mark Matthew and Keaton Snavely are up for election.
Matthew has announced he will not seek re-election. Snavely had not filed for re-election as of Monday morning.
The filing deadline is noon on Monday.
Former CloudCorp executive director Ashley Hutchinson filed for the commission on March 11.
The general election is November 3. If necessary, a primary election would be August 4.
