The Blade-Empire needs your comments

As the difficult year of 2021 winds to a close, it's easy to forget the things, large and small, that we should be grateful for.
This Christmas season we would like our Blade-Empire readers to tell us of the things for which they are grateful.
You can email your comment to bladeempire.com (in the Subject heading please put COMMENT). You can also drop off a typed or handwritten message at the Blade office at 510 Washington Street. All submissions must have your name attached.
The deadline for submissions is noon on Tuesday, December 21. We will print as many comments as we can in our Christmas issue of the newspaper on December 22.
