CHS graduation ceremony set for May 16 in gymnasium

The Unified School District 333 administration, in collaboration with district staff and the stakeholder community, has made the decision to have the graduation ceremony for the Concordia High School Class of 2021 at the Harold M. Clark Stadium on May 16 at 2:30 p.m., pending weather conditions.
Because the ceremony will be outside attendance will be unlimited, but the ticketing process will still be required in case it has to be moved indoors to the varsity gymnasium.
Each graduating senior will have the opportunity to access six free tickets for family members and friends through the HomeTown Ticketing box office. School ID codes will be used for family to redeem tickets.
Graduation tickets to be used if the ceremony is moved indoors will be available on the goconcordiapanthers Box Office. They will be available to seniors beginning May 1. Families will be able to redeem up to six tickets with student IDs from May 1-9.
At 6 p.m. on May 10 through graduation, the remaining tickets of the restricted venue capacity will be available only to those who have a student ID code.
Graduation tickets will not be available to the general public.
Any graduating seniors who would like to guarantee six guests must redeem tickets during the first window of May 1-9. Those who would like more than six tickets must wait until May 10 to try to acquire more. They will be available first come first serve until capacity has been reached.
Seniors will complete classroom checkout on May 11.
All seniors must complete their checkout process and turn in their completed checkout sheet to principal Troy Keiswetter in the high school office no later than noon on May 11.
The Senior Awards Assembly will be in the high school auditorium on May 14 at 8:15 a.m.
Graduation practice will follow the awards assembly.
