Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At 2:20 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested Cory Guinn, 29, Concordia, in the 400 block of West 12th Street on two Marion County warrants for failure to appear. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and also charged with distribution of a stimulant, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Criminal trespass – At 12:45 p.m. Thursday, officers investigated criminal trespassing that reportedly occurred in the 500 block of East Seventh Street. The investigation continues.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests – At about 7:15 p.m. on January 2, deputies responded to 520 Campbell Ave. in Clyde and arrested Kendrick A. Jannelle III, Clyde, on a Cloud County warrant for domestic violence. Jannelle was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center where he was booked in and then bonded out. At about 10:20 p.m. January 2, deputies responded back to 520 Campbell Ave. in Clyde for a report of a domestic disturbance. Following an investigation, Jannelle was arrested again and charged with disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 1:27 p.m. January 8, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to 2528 Hawk Road for a report of a domestic disturbance. Adrian D. Revell, Aurora, was arrested. He was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 4:15 p.m. January 7, a Cloud County Sheriff's Department deputy stopped a vehicle in the 40 block of Cedar Street in Concordia. During the stop, Terri Hemenway, Concordia, was arrested on a Cloud County District Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hemenway was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 8:05 January 9, deputies went to 303 Potts Ave. in Glasco in an attempt to arrest Robert L. Corber Jr. on a Cloud County District Court warrant. Corber fled on foot. Deputies pursued Corber to the Glasco High School where he was apprehended. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a District Court warrant for contempt of court as well as additional charged of obstruction and resisting arrest.
Damage to property – At about 2 p.m. January 3, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 2000 section of North 60th Road. The damage occurred when an individual or individuals used a firearm to shoot several rounds at two tractors belonging to the Cloud County Highway Department.
Accidents - At about 1:27 January 4, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a two vehicle, non-injury accident at 1151 West 11th Street in Concordia. A 2005 Chevrolet passenger driven by Troy Blake, Beloit, was backing when the vehicle struck a legally parked 2004 Chevrolet pickup owned by Shawn Parker, Concordia.
At 10:13 p.m. January 9, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 1600 section of North 165th Rd. A 2006 Ford pickup driven by Damon Beckman was northbound when it struck a deer.
