Sheriff's Dept. Report
Charged—At approximately 4:24 p.m. Friday, January 14, a deputy investigated a disorderly conduct in Jamestown. After an on-scene investigation, Gary Paul Coon was charged with attempted cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct.
At approximately 12:24 a.m. Saturday, January 15, a deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of U.S. 24 Hwy. After an on-scene investigation, Amber Theresa Flores, San Angelo, Texas, was charged for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Arrest—At approximately 1:55 p.m. Friday, January 14, a deputy took a report of domestic criminal damage to property near Concordia. After an on-scene investigation, Torry T. Barleen was arrested for the above charge.
Accident—At approximately 4:57 p.m. Thursday, January 13, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located on 40th Road near Jamestown.
Theft—At approximately noon, Tuesday, January 11, a deputy took a theft report in Glasco. The case is still under investigation.

Police Dept. Report
Accident—At approximately 4:50 p.m. Friday, January 14, officers responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 400 block of West 10th Street involving vehicles driven by Bradley Blackwood, Clyde, and Dennis Rehwaldt, Junction City.
Arrest—At approximately noon, Thursday, January 13, officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of East Sixth Street. After an investigation, officers arrested Ambir Clapp, 46, Concordia, for domestic battery. Clapp was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Cited—At approximately 2:25 a.m. Monday, January 17, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 1300 block of Lincoln. After an investigation, officers cited Collin Miller, 24, Gypsum, for driving while suspended.
