Arrests—At approximately 11:35 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, officers responded to a concern in the 400 block of East Eighth Street. After an investigation, officers arrested Miranda Looper, 29, Concordia, for possession of a stimulant, possession of drug paraphernalia, child endangerment and a Cloud County District Court warrant for failure to play child support. Looper was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 7:50 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 100 block of East 11th Street. After an investigation, officers arrested Kevin Murry, 22, Concordia, on a Clay County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Murry was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
