Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 2:53 p.m. Thursday, September 30, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Seventh Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Johnathan Richardson, Abilene, and Cameron Ward, Salina. Both subjects were charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 10:14 p.m. Thursday, September 30, officers arrested Anthony White, Garden City, in the 400 block of East Second Street on a Finney County warrant for probation violation. White was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Second notice – Credit card, August 1, 300 block of West Sixth Street; keys with lanyard, August 10, 1300 block of Lincoln Street; car jack, August 19, unknown; wallet, August 31, 900 block of Washington Street.
