Police Dept. Report
Hit-and-Run—At approximately 5:45 p.m. Saturday, October 9, officers received a report of a hit-and-run in the 2200 block of Campus Drive involving a vehicle owned by Spencer Farha of Concordia. Investigation continues.
Theft—At approximately 6:15 p.m. Friday, October 8, officers received a report of theft by deception over a computer in the 400 block of East Fifth Street. Investigation continues.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 5:23 a.m. Saturday, October 9, officers received a report of criminal damage to property to numerous signs along East 11th Street and at the intersection of Seventh and Republican streets. Investigation continues.
Sheriff's Report
Fires—At approximately 12:21 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, a deputy responded to a fire in Glasco for assistance.
At approximately 1:25 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, a deputy responded to a vehicle fire accident in the 1300 block of Noble Road.
At approximately 6:05 p.m. Friday, October 8, deputies responded to a vehicle fire accident in the 2200 section of K-9.
Theft—At approximately 8:00 a.m. Friday, October 8, a deputy took a theft report on Ash Street in Miltonvale. The case is still under investigation.
At approximately 6:04 p.m. Friday, October 8, a deputy took a report of theft in Miltonvale. The case is still pending, though the suspect is known.
Battery—At approximately noon on Friday, October, 8, a deputy took a report of a battery between two inmates at the Cloud County Jail. The suspect is known and the case is still pending.
Accidents—At approximately 6:45 a.m. Monday, October 4, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident in the Rice area.
At approximately 8:26 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident in the 300 block of Eagle Road.
At approximately 11:04 p.m. Thursday, October 7, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident at the intersection of US-24 and 70th Road.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 5:41 a.m. Saturday, October 9, a deputy took a report of criminal damage to property on Rock Road. The case is still pending.
