Arrests – At 9:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an incident in the 100 block of East Ninth Street which led to the arrest of Lucas Schmidt, 30, Concordia. He was charged with domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 11:50 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the 700 block of East Eighth Street and upon investigation arrested Sheena Carter, 34, Concordia on municipal court warrant for illegal tag and failure to appear. She was also charged with interference with a law enforcement officers and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
