Police Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 8:40 p.m. September 30, officers investigated a one-vehicle accident in the 100 block of East College Drive involving a vehicle driven by Jada Zollinger, Belleville, and property owned by Walmart.
At approximately 12:27 p.m. October 1, officers responded to a report of an accident in the 100 block of East Sixth Street. Vehicles driven by Chas Justice and Shelby Thrash, both of Concordia, collided at that location.
Damage was estimated at over $1,000.
Arrests—At approximately 10:45 p.m. September 30, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street. Officers arrested Jennifer Bender, 44, Concordia, on two Cloud County District Court warrants for failure to abide. Bender was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 9:05 p.m. October 1, officers responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 600 block of West Fifth Street. Upon investigation, officers arrested Frances Jamison, Concordia, charging her with disorderly conduct. Jamison was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 10:30 a.m. October 1, Medic-5 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a long-distance transfer to Salina Regional Health Center.
At approximately 12:56 p.m. October 1, Medic-4 responded to the 400 block of East Sixth Street. There was no transport.
At approximately 1:45 p.m. October 1, Medic-4 responded to the 2000 block of Fort Kearney Road. There was no transport.
At approximately 4:34 p.m. October 1, Medic-4 responded to the 1000 block of West 11th Street and transported a patient to Cloud County Health Center.
