Arrests—At approximately 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, October 19, officers were dispatched to East 14th and Spruce Street for a disorderly conduct. Further investigation led to the arrest of Mark Moffet for criminal threat, possession of a stimulant, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony interference with a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. Moffet was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, October 19, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 11th and Kansas streets. Further investigation led to the arrest of Elizabeth Ledet, New Cambria, for DUI. Ledet was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 12:26 a.m. Wednesday, October 20, officers arrested David Cummings, Concordia, in the 300 block of East 12th Street on a Cloud County warrant for contempt of court. Cummings was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
