Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At about 8 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 600 block of East 17th Street which resulted in the arrest of Edgar Villa-Tarin, 22, Concordia, on charges of criminal threat, burglary, battery and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accidents – At about 10:15 a.m. Saturday, officers investigated an accident in the 100 block of East College Drive involving vehicles driven by Kirk Hanson, Concordia, and Shauna Grant, Concordia.
At about 1 p.m. Friday, officers investigated an accident at East Seventh Street and Lincoln Street involving vehicles driven by Shelly Bowne, Hoisington, and Noe H. Garcia Arellano, Hastings, Neb.
At about 9:35 a.m. Friday, officers investigated an accident in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street involving a vehicle driven by Lisa Buss, Concordia, and a vehicle owned by Gerard Tank & Steel, Concordia.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 1:32 p.m. Sunday, Medic 4 and Truck 2 responded to the 1000 block of East 10th Street for a 9-month-old female. No transport was made.
At 4:43 a.m. Monday, Medic 4 and Truck 2 responded to the 1200 block of Rust Road and transported a 72-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
