Police Dept. Report
Accidents – At 9:20 a.m. Friday, officers investigated a one-vehicle accident in the 700 block of Industrial Road involving a vehicle driven by Andrew Fritz, Maple Grove, Minn.
At 4:30 p.m. Saturday, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street involving a vehicle driven by Jason Lorson, Maize, and an unknown vehicle which left the scene before  officers arrived.
Theft – At 2:30 p.m. Friday, Virginia Bachand, Concordia, reported a theft from the 1100 block of West 11th Street.
Bryan Dyke, Concordia, reported theft of items from the 500 block of West Sixth Street. The items were recovered on Saturday in the possession of Dain Brown. He was charged with theft.
Arrests – At 8:15 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a domestic battery call and arrested Dain Brown in the 200 block of West Sixth Street. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and charged with domestic battery.
Officers arrested Sheena L. Carter, 34, Concordia at 10 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of East Eighth Street on a Cloud County warrant for failure to appear. Carter was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 1 a.m. Monday, officers arrested Armand L. Collins, 28, Arlington, Texas int eh 200 block of Lincoln Street. He was charged with driving while suspended and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 8:44 p.m. Friday, Medic 4 responded to the 700 block of West 13th Street. No transport was made.
At 7:02 a.m. Sunday, Medic 4 responded to the 200 block of West 21st Street and transported a patient to the Cloud County Health Center emergency room.
At 1:35 p.m. Sunday, Medic 4 responded to the 300 block of East Sixth Street. No transport was made.
At 3:08 p.m. Sunday, Medic 4 responded to the 300 block of East Sixth Street and transported a patient to the Cloud County Health Department emergency room.
At 2:42 a.m. Monday, Medic 4 responded to the 300 block of East Sixth Street and transported a patient to the Cloud County Health Center emergency room.
At 4:09 a.m. Monday, Medic 4 responded to the 600 block of East 17th Street and transported a patient to the Cloud County Health Department emergency room.
