Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At approximately 3:25 p.m. November 11, officers performed a routine traffic stop at East 12th and Lincoln streets. Officers arrested Race Galjour, 33, Montgomery, Texas, for possession of a stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia. Galjour was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident—At approximately 3:40 p.m. November 10, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at East 13th and Olive streets involving vehicles driven by Kevin Rosch and Taley Murdock, both of Concordia. Rosch was cited for driving while suspended.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 10:14 a.m. November 10, Medic-4 and Truck-2 responded to the 200 block of West 20th Street. A male patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 12:57 p.m. November 10, Medic-5 responded to Cloud County Health Center and transported a male patient to St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.
At approximately 2:48 a.m. November 11, Medic-4 and Truck-2 responded to the 1200 section of Rust Road. A male patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
