Police Dept. Report
Arrests—On Wednesday, November 8 at 10:38 p.m., officers responded to 1320 Lincoln Street for a report of disorderly conduct. Catalino Navarret-Gondinez was detained for noise ordnance. Navarret-Gondinez was later arrested on interference charges. Navarret-Gondinez was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
On Saturday, November 11 at 11:23 p.m., dispatch received a 911 text advising of an altercation involving a firearm happening at 922 Republican Street. Upon investigation, officers cited Caleb Arthurs with minor in consumption. Officers arrested Tayton Tieking for interference with law enforcement officers and minor in consumption. Tieking was transported to Cloud County Corrections. Charges have been forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney for banishing a firearm. Investigation continues.
Threat—On Sunday, November 12 at 8:57 a.m., officers responded to 1420 Lincoln Street for a report of a threat. Investigation continues.
Property damage—On Friday, November 10 at 4:10 p.m., officers responded to a damage to property report at 1020 Lincoln Street. No report was needed.
Stolen vehicle—On Friday, November 10 at 2:51 p.m., officers took a report from Glavan Ford about a stolen vehicle. Officers were able to located the vehicle at 440 West Sixth Street. The vehicle was returned to Glavan Ford. Investigation continues.
Battery—On Tuesday, November 7 at 9:36 p.m., officers responded to 121 East 10th Street for a report of a battery. While on scene, a dog bite occurred with a resident of the home. A juvenile was taken into custody and transported to Juvenile Intake.
Non-injury accident—On Monday, November 6 at 4:08 p.m., officers responded to the high school parking lot at 436 West 11th Street for a non-injury accident.
