Arrests—At approximately 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 900 block of East Seventh Street. After an investigation, officers arrested Megan Salsberry, 20, Beloit, and Savannah Alderson, 19, Delphos, for domestic battery. Salsberry and Alderson were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
