Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 5:00 a.m. February 10, officers arrested Kevin L. Licharowicz, 26, Concordia, in the 100 block of West 11th Street on a Republic County warrant for failure to appear. Licharowicz was transported to Republic County.
At approximately 5:05 p.m. February 10, officers, investigating an accident report from the 1000 block of Lincoln Street, arrested Zebediah J. Bloom, 21, Clay Center, in the 200 block of West 9th Street. Bloom was charged with driving under the influence, failure to report an accident, intoxicated person in possession of a firearm, and battery on a law enforcement officer. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft—At approximately 3:20 p.m. February 9, officers took a report from Raphael Williams, Concordia, of theft of items from the 400 block of East 8th Street. Investigation continues.
Accident—At approximately 2:10 p.m. February 9, Reece Smith, Jamestown, reported that his vehicle was struck and damaged, sometime after 1:00 a.m., by an unknown vehicle while it was parked in the 400 block of Broadway. Investigation continues.
At approximately 6:20 p.m. February 10, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the intersection of Broadway and 11th Street involving vehicles driven by Mary Duvall and Jody Halfhide, both of Concordia.
