Police Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 12, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident involving Spencer Riffel, Abilene, and Kalee Siebold, Riley.
At approximately 11:25 a.m. Monday, February 16, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at East Fifth and Olive involving vehicles driven by Samuel Burwell and Zakary Romo, both of Concordia.
At approximately 2:15 p.m. Monday, February 16, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at East 11th and Olive involving vehicles driven by Samuel Henry and Damon Sterrett, both of Concordia.
Charged—At approximately 2:15 p.m. Friday, February 12, officers charged a 16-year-old juvenile  with possession of tobacco products under the age of 18.
Theft—At approximately 6:15 p.m. Saturday, February 13, officers received a report of theft of miscellaneous tools in a tan leather tool pouch from the 200 block of West Seventh Street. Investigation continues.
At approximately 7:30 p.m. Monday, February 15, officers received a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of Valley. The vehicle was recovered on the same date. Investigation continues.
Arrest—At approximately 11:45 p.m. Friday, February 12, officers arrested Landon Larson, 34, Concordia, in the 1000 block of Lincoln on a Republic County District Court warrant for probation violation and a Jewell County District Court warrant for probation violation. Larson was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 6:12 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, deputies worked a non-injury accident located in the 1900 section of Deer Road.
At approximately 5:27 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, deputies worked a non-injury accident on Starr Avenue in Miltonvale.
At approximately 9:00 p.m. Friday, February 12, deputies worked a non-injury accident at 60th and Deer Road.
At approximately 9:34 p.m. Saturday, February 13, deputies worked a non-injury accident in the 2400 section of Deer Road.
Arrests—On Tuesday, February 9, deputies worked a warrant arrest at the Cloud County Sheriff's Department.
On Saturday, February 13, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of 210th Road. The driver was later arrested for illegal substances in the vehicle.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 1:12 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, there was a medical call in the 400 block of East 14th Street. There was no transport.
At approximately 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, one patient was transferred by ambulance from Cloud County Health Center to Salina Regional Health Center.
