Police Dept. Report
Criminal Damage—At approximately 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 12, officers received a report of criminal damage to a vehicle parked in the 100 block of West Sixth Street. Investigation continues.
Arrests—At approximately 1:45 a.m. Saturday, February 12, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 100 block of East 10th Street. After an investigation, officers arrested Jade Moeschler, 23, Concordia, for driving under the influence and driving while suspended. Moeschler was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 8:55 p.m. Thursday, February 17, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 300 block of East Eighth Street. After an investigation, officers arrested Mary Chipman, 50, Concordia, for domestic battery. Chipman was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
