Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 9:00 p.m. February 14, officers arrested William Bittick, 37, Concordia, at East 9th  and Kansas Streets on a Cloud County warrant for theft. Melissa Dunn, 42, Concordia, was also arrested at that time on a Cloud County warrant for theft. Both Bittick and Dunn were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. February 15, officers arrested Sara Eaton, 33, Concordia, in the 100 block of East 6th Street on a Cloud County warrant for failure to appear. Eaton was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 7:30 p.m. February 15, officers arrested Nicole R. Nelson, 49, Concordia, in the 2000 section of N. 130th Road, charging her with driving under the influence and duty of driver to report accident with damage. Nelson was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center. Accident occurred at East 4th and Valley Streets.
At approximately 3:50 p.m. February 16, officers arrested Rodney E. Mosher, 42, Concordia, at West 11th and Broadway Streets, charging him with driving while suspended. Mosher was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 11:05 a.m. February 17, M-4 responded to the 100 block of E. 7th Street and transported a 69-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
