Police Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 5:45 p.m. February 19, officers investigated a two vehicle accident at the intersection of West 17th and Republican Streets involving vehicles driven by Crystal Lowell, Concordia, and Trey Snyder, Concordia.
At approximately 7:00 a.m. February 20, officers investigated an accident in the 600 block of Spruce Street. A vehicle driven by Frank Headrick, Concordia, swerved to miss a vehicle that did not stop at the stop sign and struck a pole at that location.
At approximately 7:30 a.m. February 20, officers investigated a three vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street. A vehicle driven by McKenzie Layton, Fairbury, Neb., struck a vehicle driven by Nicholas Hansen, Belleville, which then struck a Cloud County Sheriff Department vehicle.
At approximately 12:10 February 23, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 300 block of West 8th Street involving vehicles driven by Tamie Buckley, Concordia, and Liah Huff, Concordia.
Arrests—At approximately 9:10 p.m. February 20, officers arrested James Patrick Johnson, 31, Concordia, in the 200 block of East 6th  Street on a California warrant for parole violation. Johnson was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 12:35 a.m. February 22, officers investigating a domestic batterey call in the 800 block of East 11th Street arrested Joseph L. Tholstrup, 30, Salina, charging him with domestic battery. Tholstrup was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 9:40 a.m. February 23, M-4 responded to the 600 block of West 5th and transported a 35-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 12:02 p.m. February 23, M-2 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a long distance transport of a 38-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
At approximately 5:15 p.m. February 23, M-4 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a long distance transport of a 79-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
