Police Dept. Report
Theft—At approximately 6:31 p.m. Monday, February 22, officers responded to the 300 block of Broadway for report of a theft. Matthew Seward, Concordia, reported theft of items from that location.
Arrests—At approximately 6:48 a.m. Monday, February 22, officers responded to the 500 block of East 17th Street for a report of suspicious activity. Upon investigation, officers arrested Loyal Barleen, Concordia, charging him with disorderly conduct and battery on a law enforcement officer. Barleen was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 4:59 p.m. Monday, February 22, officers responded to the 200 block of West Eighth Street. Officers arrested Daniel Service, Concordia, at that location on a Cloud County warrant for aggravated battery. Service was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Theft—At approximately 3:21 p.m. Monday, February 15, deputies worked a theft case from around the Rice area.
At approximately 4:15 p.m. Thursday, February 18, deputies worked a theft case from the Concordia area.
Traffic stop—On Wednesday, February 17, deputies conducted a traffic stop around North 140th and Milo Road. Illegal substances were found in the vehicle and charges will be forwarded to the County Attorney's office.
Accident—At approximately 1:02 p.m. Sunday, February 21, deputies worked a non-injury accident involving a deer at North 160th and Deer Road.
Arrests—At approximately 2:31 a.m. Sunday, February 21, deputies worked a warrant arrest in the 100 section of North 140th Road.
At approximately 4:41 p.m. Sunday, February 21, deputies worked a warrant arrest at the Cloud County Sheriff's Department.
