Arrests – At 7 p.m. Thursday, officers initiated a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Second Street which led to the arrest of Frederick Anguish, 48, Concordia. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and charged with driving while suspended.
At 11:20 a.m. Thursday, officers arrested Michael Donley, 52, Concordia, in the 400 block of West Eighth Street on a Cloud County arrest and detain warrant. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
