Police Dept. Report
Theft—At approximately 12:10 a.m. Saturday, February 27, officers received a report of theft in the 1200 block of Olive. Investigation continues.
At approximately 6:50 p.m. Saturday, officers received a report of theft of sockets in the 500 block of East Seventh Street. Investigation continues.
Arrest—At approximately 4:40 p.m. Friday, February 26, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 100 block of East College Drive. After investigation, officers arrested Wyatt Stimatze, 26, Concordia, for interference with a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. Stimatze was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

First notice – Jacket, February 12, 300 block of West 11th Street; debit card, February 20, 800 block of Lincoln Street; key fob, February 24, unknown; gaming mouse, February 25, unknown; keys, February 24, 700 block of West Fifth Street; debit card, February 28, 800 block of Lincoln Street.
Second notice – Traffic cone, January 4, 500 block of Washington Street; debit card, January 4, 800 block of Lincoln Street; keys with keychain, January 8, 200 block of East Sixth Street; debit card, January 21, 100 block of East College Drive.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Domestic Violence—On Wednesday, February 24, deputies took a domestic violence report in the 800 section of 220th Road. Investigation is ongoing.
Arrests—On Monday, February 22, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 400 section of U.S. 24 Highway. Upon finding illegal substances in the vehicle, Jane Nelson, Jamestown, was arrested.
On Friday, February 26, deputies arrested Dustin Mendenhall on a warrant for possession of illegal substances and paraphernalia.
On Friday, February 26, deputies arrested Cheyenne Christopher Cullens-Zeiters, Jamestown, for domestic battery, criminal deprivation of property and criminal restraint.
On Sunday, February 26, deputies arrested Brodey Watts in Glasco for aggravated domestic battery.
Criminal Damage—On Sunday, February 28, deputies took a report of criminal damage to property on Noble Road in Cloud County. The investigation continues.
