Arrest—At approximately 11:30 a.m. March 9, officers arrested Rahnie R. Keith, 26, Wichita, in the 1900 block of Lincoln Street, charging her with driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Keith was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 9:20 a.m. March 9, M-4, T-2 responded to the 1600 block of Cedar Street and transported a 67-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
