Police Report
Arrests—At approximately 8:20 p.m. March 10, officers arrested Randall Wernecke, 41, Clifton, in the 1300 block of Lincoln on a Cloud County District Court warrant for aggravated battery, a Clay County warrant for probation violation, driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wernecke was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 9:35 p.m. March 10, officers arrested Andrew Webb, 27, Concordia, in the 300 block of East 8th Street on a Cloud County warrant for driving without an ignition interlock device, failure to stop at a stop sign/light, and possession of marijuana. Webb was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
