Police Dept. Report
Arrests – Officers arrested Larry Dennis, 54, Concordia, at 11:55 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of Lincoln Street on a Shawnee County warrant. Dennis was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Officers arrested Jerry A. Reyes, 46, Concordia, at 9:35 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Strain Avenue on charges of domestic battery. Reyes was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Officers arrested Torry T. Barleen, 35, Concordia, at 5:50 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of East 17th Street and charged him with criminal trespass and harassment. Barleen was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Officers conducting a traffic stop in the 1800 section of North 145th Road at 7:35 p.m. Saturday arrested Earl J. Martin, 58, Hebron, Neb. for driving while suspended. Martin was cited and released.
Notice to appear – Officers issued a notice to appear to a 14-year-old juvenile at 1:10 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Cedar Street for minor in possession of tobacco.
Damage to property – At 9:50 a.m. Saturday, Nicholas Jones, Belleville, reported damage to his vehicle while it was parked in the 100 block of East College Drive. The damage occurred sometime between March 12 and March 15 by an unknown vehicle.
Thefts – At 9:45 p.m. Sunday, officers received a report of thefts that had occurred on March 13 and March 14 in the 100 block of East College Drive. The investigation continues.
