Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At approximately 10:00 p.m. March 18, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 100 block of North Washington. Officers arrested Anastasia Naillieux, 37, Concordia, on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and driving under the influence. Naillieux was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident—At approximately 6:30 p.m. March 18, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 1500 block of Lincoln, involving a vehicle driven by Debra Lange, Clifton, and Frank Chrisman, Concordia.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 4:31 p.m. March 18, M-4, T-2 responded to the 600 block of East 17th Street and transported a 38-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 11:43 p.m. March 18, T-2 responded to the Cloud County jail for a 37-year-old female. There was no transport.
At approximately 3:18 a.m. March 19, M-4 responded to the 1600 block of North 150th Road and transported an 82-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
