Police Dept. Report
Accident – At 12:50 p.m. Friday, officers investigated an accident in the 1700 block of Lincoln Street involving vehicles driven by Nancy Ronnebaum, Beloit, and Lyndell Charbonneau, Webber.
Arrests – At 11:50 a.m. Sunday, officers arrested Chloe D. Mckeon, 20, Concordia in the 1100 block of Highland Dr.  She was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 12:40 p.m. Sunday, officers arrested Erica N. Elkins, 31, Paoli, Ind. in the 700 block of Broadway Street. She was charged with domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft – At 10:45 a.m. Sunday Geoffrey Michels, Concordia, reported a theft from the 800 block of Matthew Street. The investigation continues.
