Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At 12:25 a.m. Tuesday, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of First and Lincoln which led to the arrest of Salvador Saenz-Parada, 54, Oklahoma City. He was charged with driving while suspended and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident – At 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers investigated an accident in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street involving a vehicle driven by Richard Anderson, Concordia, and an unknown vehicle. The investigation continues.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrest – At about 9:45 p.m. February 26, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department went to 231 West 3rd St. and arrested Richard Stromberg, Concordia, on a Cloud County warrant for aggravated criminal sodomy. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accidents – At about 11:50 p.m. February 26, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1300 section of Noble Road. A 2003 Saturn passenger car driven by Steven Elstrom, Concordia, was traveling westbound when it went out of control because of slick road conditions. The vehicle entered the south ditch where it came to rest.
At about 9:15 a.m. February 27, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 400 section of K-28 Highway. A 1994 Geo passenger car driven by Chloe Nelson, Jamestown, was traveling eastbound when it went out of control because of slick road conditions. The vehicle entered the north ditch where it came to rest.
At about 5:56 p.m. February 27, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1700 section of North 130 Road. A 2008 Suzuki sport utility vehicle driven by Lauren Wheeler, Concordia, was traveling southbound when it struck a dog on the road.
