Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At 11:10 Friday, March 3, officers responded to the 1300 block of Spruce Street for a report of a disturbance. Further investigation led to the arrest of James Johnson, Concordia, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal threat. Johnson was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Theft—At 9:14 p.m. Friday, March 3, officers responded to a report of a theft in the 300 block of West Fifth Street.
At 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 4, officers responded to a report of a theft in the 100 block of East College Drive.
Non-injury accidents—At 2:26 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street.
At 11:36 a.m. Friday, March 3, officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 1600 block of Lincoln Street.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrested—At 8:24 p.m. Sunday, March 5, a deputy pulled over a vehicle at Cloud and 140th roads. After on scene investigation, Shawn McGee, Hastings, Neb., was arrested for DUI.
Domestic—At 1:07 a.m. Saturday, March 4, a deputy took a report of a domestic situation on Union Road.
Injury accidents—At 5:28 p.m. Thursday, March 2, a deputy took a report of an accident at Deer and 80th roads. The injuries were minor.
At 2:33 a.m. Sunday, March 5, a deputy took a report of an accident located in the 2200 block of Camp Road. All medical attention was refused by the driver.
Non-injury accidents—At 6:41 a.m. Saturday, March 4, a deputy took a report of an accident located on 20th Road.
At 6:05 p.m., Saturday, March 4, a deputy took a report of an accident located at Deer and 140th roads.
At 1:47 a.m., Sunday, March 5, a deputy took a report of an accident located in the 1600 block of Deer Road.
