Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At approximately 7:48 p.m. Sunday, March 7, officers responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 1200 block of Olive Street. A vehicle owned by Taryn Mosher, Concordia, was struck at that location. Further investigation identified the driver of the hit-and-run vehicle to be Victoria Cardenas, Concordia. Cardenas was arrested for DUI, failure to report an accident and child endangerment. Cardenas was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Hit-and-run—At approximately 10:10 p.m. Saturday, March 6, officers took a report of a hit-and-run accident in the 700 block of Broadway Street. Kale Pearson, Concordia, reported that unknown person (s) struck his legally parked and unattended vehicle.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 4:43 p.m. Sunday, March 7, officers took a report of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of East Sixth Street. Andrew Nabity, Concordia, reported damage at that location.
Accident—At approximately 2:20 p.m. Saturday, March 6, officers took a report of an accident in the 400 block of West 14th Street. A vehicle driven by Dianne Kearn, Concordia, struck a vehicle owned by Garson Dougherty, also of Concordia, at that location. Damage was estimated at over $1,000.
Theft—At approximately 7:22 p.m. Friday, March 5, officers responded to the 1000 block of East Seventh Street for a report of a theft. Bridgett Colby, Concordia, reported theft of items from that location.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrest—At approximately 11:46 p.m. Thursday, March 4, deputies responded to 435 North 160th Road for a possible burglary that was still in progress. Upon further investigation, Levi Ziolkowski, Delphos, was arrested for driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 9:27 a.m. Monday, March 1, deputies responded to the area of North 70th and Rock roads for a criminal damage to property case.
At approximately 10:37 a.m. Monday, March 1, deputies responded to the area of North 70th and Rock roads for another criminal damage to property case.
At approximately 9:10 a.m. Friday, March 5, deputies took a case of criminal damage to property. The City of Miltonvale reported that some unknown person had caused damage to the golf course.
Theft--At approximately 10:36 a.m. Wednesday, March 3, deputies responded to the 1500 section of Union Road for a theft case.
At approximately 6:45 a.m. Friday, March 5, deputies responded to the junction of Highway 9 and Highway 28 for the theft of two highway signs.
Identity Theft—At approximately 12:24 p.m. Friday, March 5, deputies responded to the 2800 section of Noble Road for an identity theft case.
Accident—At approximately 1:20 p.m. Saturday, March 6, deputies responded to Sixth and State streets in Concordia for a non-injury accident.
Fire Assist—At approximately 11:43 a.m. Friday, March 5, deputies assisted rural fire with a structure fire in Miltonvale.
