Police Dept. Report
Arrests – At 2 a.m. Friday, officers arrested a 14-year-old juvenile in the 900 block of East Ninth Street, charging him with criminal damage to property.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 200 block of East Fifth Street at 11:15 p.m. Friday and arrested Dalton Snyder, 26, Concordia. He was charged with domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Officers conducting a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Fifth Street at 12:30 a.m. Monday arrested Justin L. Menhusen, 46, Jewell. He was charged with driving while suspended and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Cited – Officers cited and released a 17-year-old juvenile in the 400 block of West 10th Street at 2:50 p.m. Friday for possession of Juul pods on school property.
Damage to property – Mick Eickmann, Concordia, reported damage to his parked vehicle at 11:45 a.m. Sunday. The damage occurred by an unknown vehicle sometime during the night while the vehicle was parked in the 1100 block of Cedar Street.
Kristin Halfhide, Concordia, reported damage to her parked vehicle at 11:50 a.m. Sunday. The damage occurred sometime the night before while the while the vehicle was parked in the 500 block of East 17th Street.
Hit and run – Whitney Sipe, Cocnordia, reported a hit and run accident to her vehicle at 6:15 p.m. Sunday. The damage had occurred sometime during the prior two days while the vehicle was parked in the 900 block of East Ninth Street.
Theft – At 9:50 p.m. Friday, officers investigated a theft from the 1900 block of Lincoln Street. The investigation continues.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 9:38 p..m Friday, Medic 1 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a transfer to Via Christi n Wichita.
At 4:21 p.m. Saturday, Medic 4 responded to the 2200 block of North 120th Road and transported a patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 6:12 p.m. Sunday, Medic 1 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a transfer to Salina Regional Health Center.
