Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 9:53 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Broadway Street. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Francisco Ayala-Aguirre, Concordia, charging him with DUI and transporting an open container. Ayala-Aguirre was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 8:12 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of East Sixth Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Shawn Walbridge, Concordia, on charges of domestic battery. Walbridge was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident—At approximately 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, officers responded to an accident in the 100 block of College Drive. Vehicles driven by Thomas Boudreau, Beloit, and Caitlan Ryser, Clyde, collided at that location, causing over $1,000 in damage.

 Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 11:37 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, Medic-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 12:28 p.m. Thursday, April 14, Emergency-1 responded to a fire call.
