Police Report
Accident—At approximately 5:15 p.m. April 16, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street, involving vehicles driven by Ronald Lagasse, Concordia, and Terri Ashland, Concordia.
Damage to Property—At approximately 10:00 a.m. April 19, Bethany Smith, Concordia, reported damage to property, which occurred sometime during the night, in the 700 block of Cedar Street, Investigation continues.
Arrest—At approximately 1:55 a.m. April 20, officers arrested Manuel Ezequiel Marquez Serrate, 21, Concordia, following an investigation into a disturbance call in the 200 block of West 10th Street. Serratto was charged with domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 9:30 a.m. April 19, M-4 responded to the 500 block of East 16th Street and transported a 67-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 3:48 p.m. April 19, M-3 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a long-distance-transport of a 68-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
