Arrests – At about 6 p.m. April 27, officers investigating a disturbance call in the 1500 block of Olive Street arrested Kris G. Hoard, 62, Concordia. He was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and charged with battery, criminal threat and criminal trespass.
Theft—At approximately 5:15 p.m. April 28, officers investigated a theft of property in the 600 block of East 14th Street.
