Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At approximately 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 3, officers responded to an incident in the 200 block of West 10th Street. After investigation, officers arrested Jarrod Davis, 40, Concordia, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, domestic battery, criminal threat and served a Kansas Department of Corrections Arrest and Detain for parole violation. Davis was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft—At approximately 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, officers received a report of theft of household-type items from the 800 block of Washington Street. Investigation continues.
At approximately 4:50 p.m. Saturday, April 3, officers received a report of theft by deception in the 300 block of West 10th Street. Investigation continues.
Charged—At approximately 10:10 p.m. Thursday, April 1, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 2100 block of Lincoln Street. Officers charged Collin Smith, 24, Scandia, with driving while suspended.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 4:50 p.m. Saturday, April 3, officers received a report of criminal damage to an electrical box in the 100 block of East College Drive. Investigation continues.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 29, deputies took a report of an injury accident in the 600 block of Shell Road. The driver was transported to Cloud County Health Center with minor injuries.
At approximately 7:54 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, deputies took a report of a non-injury accident at Union and 140th roads.
At approximately 2:07 p.m. Sunday, April 4, deputies took a report of a non-injury accident in Jamestown, Kansas.
Arrests—At approximately 10:17 p.m. Saturday, April 3, deputies arrested Loretta Jamison on a warrant out of Salina. Jamison was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 3:36 p.m. Sunday, April 4, deputies pulled over Arturo Alvarez of Austin, Texas. Alvarez was later arrested for being in possession of illegal substances and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 7:13 a.m. Sunday, April 4, Medic-4 responded to the 1100 block of Broadway. One patient was transported.
At approximately 2:09 p.m. Sunday, Medic-4 responded to Fourth and Walnut for a motor vehicle accident. There was no transport.
